Definitions
Zeera is the product operated by Spots Advertising and Marketing L.L.C. In these terms, “services” means the services Zeera provides; “account” means your account for accessing them; “subscription” means your chosen paid service plan; and “content” means the information, text, graphics and other materials you submit. Stripe is the payment processor for the services.
Eligibility and your account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding contract to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Using Zeera
You may use the services for your own business purposes, in line with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use them unlawfully, damage or disable them, overload them, or interfere with another person’s use.
Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights in the services belong to Zeera or its licensors. These terms grant no rights beyond those expressly stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of content from the services without prior written permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Zeera a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify and display it. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle and protect personal information when you use the services.
Payments and billing
Visit Pricing for plan prices. Provide accurate, complete billing information and keep it up to date. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Contact Zeera support about a disputed charge and include the details of the issue.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Your subscription starts on the purchase date and continues until it is terminated. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting Zeera support.
Upgrades and downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new billing cycle starts on the upgrade date. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refund is issued for the remaining time on the current plan.
Refunds
Payments for the services are generally non-refundable. Zeera may issue a refund at its discretion for billing errors, or where required by law. To request a refund, contact Zeera support with details of the issue.
Ending your use of Zeera
You may stop using the services at any time. Zeera may terminate your access if you breach these terms or if the services are discontinued.
Limits of liability
Zeera’s liability for claims arising from these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim. Zeera makes no warranties regarding the services. You use them at your own risk.
Claims arising from your use
You agree to indemnify Zeera against claims or losses arising from your use of the services or a breach of these terms. This means covering those claims or losses.
Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from these terms or the services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
Zeera may amend these terms, with changes taking effect on the date specified. We will notify you of significant changes.
Other terms
You may not assign these terms without Zeera’s prior written consent. Zeera may assign them at its discretion.
These terms form the entire agreement between you and Zeera about the services and replace prior agreements. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. You agree to comply with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards when using the services.
